T. Spence Chubb provides his clients with expert representation, consultation, guidance, and advice in complex Section 337 proceedings before the U.S. International Trade Commission. He serves as lead counsel and as ITC co-counsel for both complainants and respondents in Section 337 investigations, as well as consulting with clients on other ITC matters. Spence has experience as a mediator in Section 337 investigations and has also been an expert witness on ITC Section 337 practice on behalf of major law firms.  He also provides assistance and representation in connection with Section 337 enforcement and other ancillary matters, evaluating and monitoring Section 337 complaints and investigations, and responding to subpoenas.
